For sellers
Sign up is simple. Do it before the glass ships to the lab.
Named Lot is meant to be easy to use. You do not change labs for us. You tell us what we need to register the lot, we issue unique seat IDs, and researchers confirm product identity by scanning the QR — matched to registration and the COA.
Formerly titled “For providers.” Same page, clearer name.
What you submit (before shipping to the lab)
- Seller / shop name — who is putting the lot on the book.
- Count of vials in the lot (N) — the carton count in hand. That number locks.
- Testing lab — whoever is running the assay. We are indifferent. Use the lab you already trust.
Also name the compound and mass, and lock a lot / batch name that will match your COA. That name stays tied to the COA — do not rename later.
What happens next
-
1 · Register the lot
Lock N, compound, mass, and the lot / batch name that will appear on the COA. That name is the connection point — it stays locked.
-
2 · Ship the tester to your lab
Same lab you already use — or any other. Named Lot does not pick labs. Put the issued Lot # in the lab’s Client Batch / Lot field exactly.
-
3 · Lab runs the assay
Once the sample arrives, the lab confirms receipt and runs identity, chromatographic purity, and net-peptide assay (mg/vial) by RP-HPLC-UV. You get a verifiable COA by email (signed PDF + client portal), typically within 10–12 business days. Certificates are SHA-256 verifiable — anyone can confirm the file is genuine and unaltered.
-
4 · Pass attaches the COA to the lot and unlocks vial codes
Named Lot welds the COA Lot # to the issued id, stores the PDF hash, and links every unique seat under that lot. Seats open after attach — not before. You get the print pack for vial tracking codes (
namedlot.com/v/…) plus a QR image pack you can share with your label/graphic partner (one-time download link). Fail stays dark — and failed-lot seat credit applies 1:1 toward a replacement apply (same or lesser N). New glass is a new lot. -
5 · You get N unique identifiers + QR pack — print-ready
You buy the count you locked at $1 per unique code. Example: 200 vials → 200 unique IDs → $200. Print packs, proofs, and print-house files come from your seller tools. Researchers scan to confirm identity — not to browse a catalog.
The print pack, frankly
N is what you buy. N is what you get.
- 200 vials → 200 unique IDs
- Each ID comes with the graphic tag (Named Lot frame + QR) ready to print on your base label art
- Proof PDF, actual-size sheet, print-house PDF, and StickerMule-safe PNGs from Bulk Align
- Unique seats stay dark until the COA attaches; then they are claimable
Optional physical labels: print offer (third-party partners). Seller portal: sign in.
Lot / batch name (weld)
You may set a seller prefix. Named Lot mints the weld token — the only real key. Full Lot # = PREFIX-TOKEN (same string on glass, lab Lot #, and COA). Do not paste an existing COA lot string. See process.
What the base package includes
When a seller buys Named Lot ($1 per unique code), the base package is:
- Vial QR IDs — N unique identifiers with graphic tags, print-ready after the COA attaches. One seat closes once (open → claimed).
- Registration tied to the COA — researchers confirm a physical unit via its QR against that registered lot and COA. There is no public searchable catalog of participants or inventory.
- Named Lot Certified overlay — the white micro-logo chip for shop photos (top-right works well next to a shop’s own purity tag). Points researchers to a checkable unit — not a purity claim.
Images are SAMPLE only. Clean overlays unlock after you buy N unique codes. Clean kit unlocks after purchase. Shop keeps its own purity % tag; Named Lot is the checkable-unit mark.
Cost
$1 per unique code. That is the Named Lot process fee — the count you lock is the count you buy. Board always shows N × mass = declared grams. Failed lots credit toward replacement — not cash refunds.
Example: 200 vials → 200 unique IDs → $200.
The value is not the sticker. It is the trust researchers have when a seller participates in a process that is transparent and checkable — registration + COA matching on the unit in hand.
COAs stay on the batch
The first lab report hangs on the Named Lot / batch name for that carton. Every unique vial seat in that lot points at the same registered identity.
If a researcher later runs another assay on glass from that lot, the new COA ties back to the same batch name. Later tests append. They do not invent a second lot and they do not add seats.
FAQ
Privacy. Named Lot does not reveal participant information to anyone. It is a tool for researchers to confirm product identity through registration and COA matching.
No public catalog. The only anonymous inroad to a unit record is the unique QR. One token → one seat.
Can you print labels for me?
Yes. After you register a lot and align your base label art, Named Lot issues unique seat IDs and gives you print-ready files — PNG ZIP, proof PDF, actual-size sheet, print-house PDF, and a StickerMule-safe PNG pack. Print in-house or send files to a print partner (e.g. waterproof vinyl).
Can you print proofs? Can I see labels I already produced?
Yes. Use Bulk Align for a proof PDF (large review) and an actual-size sheet (true 40×20 mm on letter). Your profile / My Purchases holds previous purchases so you can reopen align and print for lots you’ve already issued.
I messed up my labels and need more codes for the lot
You can re-print existing seat labels you already purchased (same IDs, same files).
If you need additional new codes beyond what you bought: purchase new IDs for the extra quantity, and issue a new accompanying COA that uses the same Lot Name so registration and COA matching stay consistent for researchers.
Can I change my batch / lot name?
No. The lot / batch name is the connection point to the COA. Changing it breaks the lock between physical units, registration, and the certificate researchers use to confirm identity.
Recommendation: Put the full weld Lot # (PREFIX-TOKEN) on every vial/seat in that lot once — and leave it locked. The weld token is Named Lot–minted; COA test date must be after mint.
Can researchers search my catalog on the site?
No. There is no public searchable catalog. A researcher confirms a specific physical unit by scanning its QR. That shows the minimum needed for product-identity / COA matching — not your contact info, not other customers, not your full inventory.
What’s Bulk Load and Bulk Align?
Bulk Load is spreadsheet intake: shop, receipt email, frame accent, then rows for compound, mass, N, recommended unique name, and label image (Excel paste supported).
Bulk Align keeps every compound together for preview and download (proofs, actual-size, print-house, StickerMule, seat PNGs). It does not drop you into single-lot Align by mistake.
StickerMule rejected my file (meta.txt / wrong type)
They accept .pdf, .png, .jpg, .ai, etc. — not .txt. Upload the print-house PDF, or unzip the StickerMule pack and upload PNGs only. Die size: 40×20 mm. Print @ 100% scale.
Who can see my purchases and participant info?
You — authenticated, on My Purchases / profile. Named Lot does not publish participant information. Other sellers cannot search or list your lots. Public access is token-only via QR.
Apply is still SAMPLE: the form shows the fields and does not issue a live lot id yet. Seller tools for print and proofs are live at seller login.
