How it works

Apply. Mark. Test. Close once.

A third party holds the book so the shop cannot rewrite it. We hold the reports and the count. We do not sell glass. Suppliers apply before shipping to the lab — simple fields, any lab.

  1. Supplier applies (before lab ship)

Supplier name, vial count (N), and testing lab. Plus compound and mass for the board. Board always shows the mass math: N × per-vial mass = declared grams (e.g. 200 × 10 mg = 2.0 g) against what the COA tested. No N, no listing. We issue the weld Lot #. They do not invent the token. We are indifferent to which lab they use.

  2. Tester and lab field

That exact id goes on the vial that leaves for the lab, and in the lab’s lot field. After the lab receives it, they run identity, purity, and net-peptide (mg/vial) and return a SHA-256–verifiable COA (typically 10–12 business days). Fail: the lot page stays dark. Failed-lot seat credit applies 1:1 toward a replacement apply (same seller, same or lesser N) — not a cash refund. Honest pre-registration is not punished.

  3. N unique IDs, print-ready after a pass

You purchase the count you locked at $1 per unique code. Example: 200 vials → 200 unique IDs → $200, shared back with graphic tags ready to print. Tokens stay dark until a pass. Pass: the COA ties to the vials under the issued id, seats become claimable, supplier prints. Fail: seats stay dark; credit rolls to the replacement lot. They do not invent codes.

  4. The lot is shareable

Anyone can read the lot. Looking does not close a seat.

  5. First scan closes

First scan of a unique code closes that n of N. Already claimed on first receipt means the code lived before you.

  6. Later assays append to the same batch

When any researcher further tests glass from that lot, the new COA ties back to the same Named Lot batch. Later assays append on that issued id. They do not add seats. Concordance can stack on one name — more trust and confirmed results for others to believe in and count on. New glass is a new lot and a new ticket.

Lot ID: seller prefix + Named Lot weld token

The lot id is the weld for this carton — what goes on glass and the lab Lot # field. Full string = PREFIX-TOKEN. It is not a prior Freedom/lab accession (those can appear later as aliases / matches).

  1. Seller prefix (optional) — your convention (e.g. ACME-BPC10). Editable.
  2. Weld token — Named Lot mints only (e.g. 7K4M9Q2X). The only real key. “New token” remints. Never paste a seller-only COA lot string.
  3. Temporal gate — COA test/report date must be after mint time.

COA must carry the same full Lot #. Lab search codes (e.g. Freedom Pept…) may append as marketplace matches — they are not a substitute for the weld.

What the lab does next

Once your tester arrives, the lab confirms receipt and runs the analysis — identity, chromatographic purity, and net-peptide assay (mg/vial) by RP-HPLC-UV. You receive a verifiable certificate of analysis by email (a signed PDF plus a link to the lab client portal), typically within 10–12 business days of the lab receiving the sample.

Every certificate the lab issues is SHA-256 verifiable — you, and anyone you share it with, can confirm it is genuine and unaltered. Named Lot records that same hash when the COA attaches to the lot, so the vial board and each unique seat point at an unforgeable report — not a screenshot that can be swapped later.

  1. Weld — COA Lot # / Client Batch must match the issued Named Lot id character-for-character, and the report date must be after mint (temporal gate).
  2. Attach — on pass, the COA (PDF + SHA-256) links to the lot board and to every unique vial seat under that lot.
  3. Unlock tracking codes + share QR pack — seats flip dark → open; seller gets a one-time download with (1) the print sheet (n, token, url → namedlot.com/v/…) and (2) ready-to-print QR images for every seat so codes can go on labels and be shared with their graphic/print partner. Fail stays dark; failed-lot seat credit applies 1:1 toward a replacement.

The lab email/portal proves the report. Named Lot proves which sealed N and which unique codes that report belongs to. Neither replaces the other.

How you receive your codes

See COA-attach → notify demo →

You never invent codes. Named Lot issues them and sends them back in one pack.

  1. After you pay ($1 × N) — you get the lot id, board listing stub, and the overlay kit (listing chips). Seats exist but stay dark until the COA attaches.
  2. When the COA attaches (pass) — every unique vial seat under that lot is linked to that COA immediately. Seats flip dark → open. You get an immediate email (“COA attached · codes + QR pack ready”) with the lot board link and a one-time HTTPS download that includes:
    • CSV / sheet: n, token, url
    • QR image pack — one scannable QR per seat (same namedlot.com/v/… URL) for label art and sharing with your print partner
Raw seat strings are never pasted in email — only the notify + download link.
  3. Share path — you may forward the download link to your label vendor or designer while it is live, or re-request a reissue if it expired (same tokens, new link — we do not remint N).
  4. Fail / no COA — seats stay dark; no print pack; no QR pack; no attach email.

Overlay kit ≠ vial codes. The chip is for shop photos on a paid lot. Codes and QRs on the vial wait for the COA pass. We do not SMS codes or invent-your-own strings. Optional: physical labels through print partners — digital sheet + QR pack stay included either way.
